Culinary Arts
Feeding the Future
Our Culinary Arts program provides students with hands-on training in a professional kitchen environment. From food preparation to restaurant management, students learn every aspect of the culinary world. With access to state-of-the-art equipment, students graduate, ready to work in the hospitality industry or continue their culinary education.
Career Paths: Chef, Pastry Chef, Restaurant Manager, Catering Professional.
Certifications Available: Food Handler’s Permit, ProStart National Certificate of Achievement.

Automotive Technology
Driving the Future
In our Automotive Technology program, students receive in-depth training on the latest automotive systems and technologies. The program also offers certifications that give students a competitive edge in the job market.
Career Paths: Automotive Technician, Service Manager, Mechanic, Electric Vehicle Technician.
Certifications Available: ASE Entry-Level Certification, Snap-on Certification, Hybrid Vehicle Certification.
Why It Matters: As technology in the automotive industry advances, so does the demand for skilled technicians. Our graduates are ready to meet this demand with real-world experience and certifications.
Nursing Assistant
Caring for the Community
Our Nursing Assistant program is designed for students interested in pursuing a career in healthcare. Students receive patient care, medical terminology, and infection control training, preparing them for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) exam. This program opens the door to a wide range of careers in the healthcare industry, one of the fastest-growing fields in the region.
Career Paths: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Patient Care Technician, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN).
Certifications Available: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Basic Life Support (BLS).

I can thank Sno-Isle for opening my eyes in where I can go and what I can do. Now I’m a diesel tech in a shop making 3 times as much as I did in high school. Without Sno-Isle, I wouldn’t of known where to go, or what to do with my life, it is one of the best foundations I think any student can make for themselves.

On day one of orientation I was hooked. I thought, “wow I get to learn about cooking and the inner workings of a restaurant without the burden of college debt.” I have now been in the restaurant industry for over 12 years and Sno-isle gave me that extra step towards the career I have always wanted. I have worked in many restaurants in Seattle, Hawaii, Alaska and Utah. This is all thanks to the opportunity Sno-isle culinary department gave me, and Chef Becky who saw the potential and passion in each and every one of us.
